Sephardic Home For The Aged Foundation About Us We envision a world in which everyone has access to the resources and support they need to thrive as they grow older—one in which the care and support provided by the Sephardic Home for the Aged are universal. Our Mission The Sephardic Foundation on Aging fosters innovation and collaboration in the field of aging so older people and their communities have the support and resources they need to flourish. Priority Areas: End of Life Care or Preventing Elder Neglect; Dementia Care and Brain Degenerative Diseases; Combating Social Isolation of Older Adults End of Life Care or Preventing Elder Neglect If your organization is working to support older adults in one or more of our priority areas, we would love to hear from you. The Foundation supports innovative programs that address end-of-life care and elder abuse prevention, aiming to improve the quality of life and dignity for older adults. The funding encourages projects that provide services, education, community outreach, and advocacy in the areas of preventing elder neglect and improving end-of-life care.
