Our Mission To inspire the generosity of our community to create a lasting impact. We accomplish this in four ways: We help visionary donors practice highly effective charitable giving.We award grants to not-for-profits doing good in the community.We award scholarships to ease the financial burden of education for students.We provide leadership to make Decatur County a better, more beautiful, more equitable community. Small Project Grants Small Project Grants​ provide up to $1,500 to organizations looking to implement small-scale projects with a big impact. Funding Areas Most of our grantmaking efforts are centered around the areas of civic and community, education, health and human services, arts and literacy, historic preservation, safety, and youth and recreation.
