David M. Kleppinger Family Scholarship Fund The David M. Kleppinger Family Scholarship Fund wishes to offer a scholarship to a graduate of Hershey High School in Hershey, Pennsylvania or Emmaus High School in Emmaus, Pennsylvania who will attend Penn State Main Campus in State College, Pennsylvania or Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida as a full-time student and who plans to study political science, pre-law, finance, nursing, or general liberal arts. The David M. Kleppinger Family Scholarship Fund will be revoked if the recipient participates in any activity which results in the destruction of property or causes personal injury; is convicted of illegal drug usage or any felony; or is placed on academic or social probation or the equivalent thereof by the school attended.Eligibility
