Scholarships Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation proudly manages over 200 individual scholarship funds, David J Lewandowski Memorial Award The David J Lewandowski Memorial Award is presented to a graduating senior from Dunkirk, Forestville, or Fredonia who is entering a career in the trades, agriculture, conservation, forestry, or emergency services.
