Dale and Marilyn Hasler Memorial Scholarship Grant

The Dale and Marilyn Hasler Memorial Scholarship, established by family and friends, supports graduating seniors from Heritage Hills and Southridge High Schools. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale and seek a four-year engineering degree. The scholarship emphasizes financial need and community involvement, promoting educational advancement for local students. This initiative is part of the Community Foundation Alliance's broader mission to foster philanthropy and improve community wellbeing in southwestern Indiana.

The Spencer County Community Foundation is an affiliate of the Community Foundation Alliance, a network of nine community foundations serving counties in southwestern Indiana.
Community Scholarship Program
Many of our donors have honored their loved ones, communities, high schools, colleges, or professions by endowing scholarship opportunities through the Community Foundation. We administer separate scholarship funds established by individuals, families, corporations, and organizations to assist local students in pursuit of advanced education. Together, these scholarships make up our Community Scholarship Program.

For graduating seniors of Heritage Hills High School or Southridge High School with a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average (4.0 scale) pursing a post-secondary, 4-year degree in engineering. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and be involved in community and school activities.
