Brauns Family Scholarship Grant

The Brauns Family Scholarship, established by Thomas and Vicki Brauns, supports graduating seniors from South Spencer High School who have attended Luce Elementary School for at least two years. The scholarship aims to assist students as they pursue post-secondary education at accredited institutions, contributing to their academic and future success. This initiative reflects the commitment of the Community Foundation Alliance to empower local students and enhance educational opportunities within the community.

The Spencer County Community Foundation is an affiliate of the Community Foundation Alliance, a network of nine community foundations serving counties in southwestern Indiana.
Community Scholarship Program
Many of our donors have honored their loved ones, communities, high schools, colleges, or professions by endowing scholarship opportunities through the Community Foundation. We administer separate scholarship funds established by individuals, families, corporations, and organizations to assist local students in pursuit of advanced education. Together, these scholarships make up our Community Scholarship Program.
