Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF)
Overview: Grant program introduced by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts in 2023-2024 to support the creative sector.
Geographic Scope: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania
Status: The 2025-2026 CSFF applications have closed and the grant will not be offered in the future. This program is being discontinued as part of the transition of the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts program.
Note: The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (rebranded as PA Creative Industries) is transitioning away from this program.
