Quick rehousing of homeless individuals and families while minimizing trauma and dislocation
Promoting access to and effective utilization of mainstream programs by homeless individuals and families
Optimizing self-sufficiency among individuals and families experiencing homelessness

HUD has temporarily reinstated the FY 2024-2025 NOFO. CAFTH is currently reviewing guidance and awaiting additional clarification from HUD. A final decision from related litigation regarding the FY2025 NOFO was expected toward the end of February 2026.
