Geographic Scope

• 15-state enterprise and Washington, D.C.
• Four primary community council office locations:
- Alpharetta, GA - Mechanicsburg, PA - Rancho Cordova, CA - Bay Area, CA
• States include: AL, CA, DE, DC, FL, GA, LA, MD, MS, MT, NV, NY, PA, TX, UT, WV

Funding Purpose

Award Focus:
• Smaller grants focused on local communities where Delta Dental operates
• Support local causes and community needs
• Encourage employee engagement through giving and volunteering
• Fund initiatives championed by Delta Dental employees

Program Structure

• Community Councils: Four councils aligned to office locations award grants annually
• Employee Engagement: Employees nominate causes for foundation consideration
• Employee Support: Employees receive:
- 16 hours of paid time off annually for charitable work - $1,000 in matching funds annually for charitable donations

Eligibility

• Applicant Type: Local nonprofit organizations and community causes
• Focus: Communities and causes championed by Delta Dental employees
• Geographic Priority: Areas surrounding office locations (GA, PA, CA)
