Funding Purpose

Award Focus:
• Enable underserved individuals in communities to access preventive and restorative dental treatments
• Support dental clinics providing care to vulnerable populations
• Increase access to oral health care across the service area

Eligibility

• Applicant Type: Nonprofit organizations and community health clinics
• Current Status: Supports well over 300 nonprofit partners and community health clinics across the country
• Note: Grant support is by invitation only

Recent Award Information

• 2024-2025 cycle: $16.3 million awarded to 215 nonprofit organizations
• Historical giving: Since 2012, the Community Care Foundation has granted more than $170 million
