Community Engagement for the California Satellite Methane Project: Third-Party Administrator Grant Solicitation The California Air Resources Board is pleased to announce a competitive grant solicitation for one or more Grantees to serve as third-party administrator(s) (3PA) for the California Satellite Methane Community Engagement Project. There is a total of $4.75 million available across three regions and potential 3PAs are invited to apply for one or more region(s). The three regions are the San Joaquin Valley region, a region that includes northern California outside the San Joaquin Valley, and a region that includes southern California outside the San Joaquin Valley. Description The CalSMP Community Engagement Project aims to provide technical assistance to communities to support understanding of the science of methane as a pollutant, how the CalSMP works to reduce emissions, and the data from the project, and to engage the community on information needs.Eligibility
