Funding Focus
The Community Contributions Committee receives, researches, and considers proposals for awarding Club funds to worthwhile civic and community projects. Examples of past projects include:- Eligible entities: 501(c)(3) organizations or government entities only
- Geographic scope: Greater Houston area (priority given to organizations in this region)
- Ineligible uses: Grants are NOT made to operating funds or to endowments
Eligibility
- Grant recipients must submit a follow-up report one year from the May notification date of approval
- Recipients must indicate how funds were spent in accordance with grant guidelines
- Recipients must be available, upon request, to host on-site visits
- Funding is conditional; inability to utilize funds according to guidelines within the time frame may result in grant rescission
