Community Clinic Grant Program

Grant program supporting clinics that provide preventative, medical, dental, or mental health primary care services to low-income or rural population groups. Eligible applicants include nonprofit clinics, government entities, Indian Health Services units, Indian tribal governments, and consortiums of these entities. All applicant organizations must have a policy or procedure to ensure no person will be denied services due to inability to pay.
