Geographic Scope: Tri-state region of Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota

Indigenous families

Residents of Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota

Eligible Wealth-Building Activities:

Homeownership: Down payments on homes, multi-generational housing projects (e.g., adding room for grandma or grandchildren)

Education and Skill Building: Education expenses and skill development

Financial Planning: Financial literacy and planning support

Business Development: Capital investments in new or existing businesses

Food Security: Sustainable family food systems (land purchases, livestock, greenhouses, gardens)

Cultural Traditions: Support for cultural preservation and practices

Health and Wellness: Health and wellness investments

Reliable Livelihood: Investments supporting sustainable livelihoods
