About Us Driving Positive Change Who Are We? At the Community Foundation of Noble County we are passionate about making Noble County an even better place to call home. Since 1991, area residents have been turning to the Community Foundation of Noble County to make their philanthropic giving as effective as possible, as we see it as our mission to serve as a catalyst for positive change. The Community Foundation of Noble County is a public charity 501 (c) 3 entity. As a group of invested community members, we identify local current and emerging issues and stimulate resources to address those needs, helping our region prepare for the future. We then leverage gifts and bequests from generous donors like you to drive positive change through grants in such areas as arts and culture, education, health and human services, civic affairs and other charitable areas of interest. Mission To improve the quality of life in Noble County by serving as catalyst for positive change, enabling donors to carry out charitable intent, and making grants. Cole Center Family YMCA Capital Fund To provide support to Cole Center Family YMCA such support shall be used for the sole purpose of capital projects or for repair/replacement during capital projects at the Cole Center YMCA facilities. Donor Fund Story: The Cole Center Family YMCA Restricted Fund was established in 1997. The YMCA makes it their mission to serve women, men, girls and boys of all ages, ethnicities, religions, abilities and financial circumstances, they strive to offer experiences through their facility, programs, events, and services that match the diversity of their community. The YMCA’s mission is “To put Christian Principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all.”Eligibility
