Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Virtual Program - Part-Time

    Application Process

    1. Submit Application

    - Application fee: $50 (non-refundable)

    2. Arrange Clinical Placement
    - Student arranges own clinical placement outside Mercy facilities
    - Placement must be approved by CPE educator

    3. Selection and Enrollment
    - Upon selection, place $100 non-refundable holding fee (deducted from tuition)
    - Holding fee: $100 (non-refundable)

    4. Financial Arrangements
    - Tuition: $650 per unit
    - Payment due at beginning of respective unit
    - Financial payment plans may be arranged in advance with CPE program coordinator and faculty approval

    5. Required Prerequisites Before Application
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional designation (RN, etc.)
    - Sufficient theological background
    - Faith group or community leadership experience
    - Verify work authorization in jurisdiction
    - Identify potential clinical placement site
