Notes
Through this program, DEC staff links your project to an eligible CWSRF borrower. The borrower receives a reduction in administrative rate which leads to savings on their loan equal to the cost of the sponsored natural resource project. Upon completion of both the sponsoring wastewater project and the natural resource project, the balance of that loan is paid off by the sponsoring municipality's CWSRF loan.
