Be a resident of State of Hawaii Demonstrate financial need Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 Be an outstanding Hawaii public high school graduate Major in Education Attend University of Hawaii – Manoa, University of Hawaii – Hilo or University of Hawaii – Maui College or University of Hawaii – West Oahu Attend as a full-time student Recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing.
