Hubbard Fellowship The Nature Conservancy of Nebraska is proud to host The Claire M. Hubbard Young Leaders in Conservation Fellowship Program – a one-year program for selected recent college graduates in conservation-related fields. It is designed to provide a comprehensive set of experiences working with a conservation organization and bridge the gap between school and career. Fellows are housed at The Nature Conservancy’s Platte River Prairies Preserve near Wood River, Nebraska.

Minimum qualificationsBA/BS/AS/Technical or vocational degree in in biology, natural resources management, environmental studies, or related field, with graduation date of December 2023 or earlier. Experience with natural systems.Experience in ecological land management principles.Experience operating and or repairing various types of equipment and machinery.Must have a valid driver's license.Qualified as or able to meet qualifications for Prescribed Fire Crew Member
