Built to help these companies scale up their growth, expand market reach, and create jobs, the program awards non‑dilutive $100,000 grants that are intended to amplify external investment while strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem in St. Louis, Missouri. Companies that receive Growth Grants must also commit to keeping their headquarters in the St. Louis region, furthering Arch Grants’ mission of economic development through entrepreneurship.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Growth Grants program, you must be a past recipient of an Arch Grants Startup Competition award who has completed your initial program year and is still operating with a significant presence in St. Louis, MO. Eligible companies must demonstrate traction and growth potential, with plans to expand revenue, hire more employees, and increase market reach — all while committing to keep their headquarters in St. Louis for at least two more years. Growth Grants are specifically non‑dilutive and aimed at supporting companies with proven success in advancing from the startup phase to a scaling stage.
