Chinberg-Eberle Memorial Nursing Scholarship Grant

The Chinberg-Eberle Memorial Nursing Scholarship, offered by the McPherson County Community Foundation, supports members of the First Christian Church of McPherson or Galva pursuing nursing education. Awards range from $500 for first-time applicants to $1500 for fourth-time applicants, totaling up to $3750 per person. This scholarship encourages continued education in nursing, fostering the development of future healthcare professionals while promoting community engagement and philanthropy.

The Chinberg-Eberle Memorial Nursing Scholarship is available to members, and friends of members, of the First Christian Church of McPherson or Galva who are pursuing an education in the nursing profession, which includes, but is not limited to, CNA, CMA, RN, LPN, Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Awards will be distributed as follows: up to $500 for first-time applicants; up to $750 for second-time applicants; up to $1000 for third-time applicants; and up to $1500 for fourth-time applicants, for a total of up to $3750 per qualified person. Recipients need to re-apply each year between June 15 and July 15.
