Stucky Debate Scholarship is open to graduating seniors who plan to further their education at a post-secondary public institution. Students must be residents of McPherson County and participated in the high school debate program for two of the four high school years. One (1) $1,250 scholarship will be awarded. This scholarship is renewable for one additional year for a total of $2500.Eligibility
