CHARGE Syndrome Foundation: Scientific Research Grant Program

The CHARGE Syndrome Foundation offers research grants up to $50,000 to promote innovative biomedical and clinical research on CHARGE syndrome. These grants aim to enhance understanding of the syndrome's etiology, as well as improve diagnosis and treatment for affected individuals. Both new and established investigators are welcome to apply, with a preference for novel projects that may attract additional funding in the future. Indirect costs are permitted up to 10%, while funds cannot be used for faculty salaries or travel.

The CHARGE Syndrome Foundation is dedicated to promoting high quality clinical and scientific research into the cause and treatment of CHARGE syndrome.
The CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, Inc. (Foundation) announces the availability of research grants of up to $50,000.
The purpose of these grants is to promote:
New biomedical research into the etiology, genetic and molecular mechanisms and treatment of CHARGE syndrome OrPromote clinical research on the medical diagnosis, treatment, intervention, prevention, and support of individuals with medical, health, and behavioral issues, and their families.

Eligibility

Both established and new investigators are encouraged to apply. Indirect costs are allowed up to 10% of the total grant.

Ineligibility

Funds may not be used for faculty salaries, travel expenses or equipment.
