Racial Justice Grant The Community Foundation of Greater Muscatine is committed to further advancing racial justice, equity, and inclusion in Muscatine and Louisa Counties. Final reports are due within 10 months of receiving a grant award. A total of $50,000 is available to grant through the Community Foundation's Racial Justice Granting cycle.
