Moving Forward, Better Together

The Community Foundation seeks to fund a diverse range of nonprofit services benefitting communities and the environment throughout the Florida Keys. The Collaborative Grant Program welcomes proposals for work that is all of the following:

* Future-minded and forward-thinking.
* New and different in reaching new audiences, introducing new services or implementing new and innovative strategies.
* Collaborative in meaningfully incorporating the help of at least one other Florida Keys-serving nonprofit organization.

Every year the Community Foundation receives many more worthy requests than the grant budget can support. Grants ranging from $2,000 – $10,000 will be awarded for uses that reflect efficiency-focused planning.

Eligibility

* Grants must serve the Florida Keys exclusively.
* The funded work must be completed by April of the following year at the latest, unless an extension due to exceptional circumstances is permitted.
