CentraCare Health System, rooted in 1886, is a leading not-for-profit health system in Central Minnesota. With a mission focused on patient care, CentraCare contributes to the community through charitable donations and support for local organizations. Prioritizing health, wellness, and community education, they strive to enhance the quality of life for residents in their service areas, demonstrating a commitment to improving overall community well-being.

Cloud Hospital was built to serve the health care needs of people living in Central Minnesota. In 1995, CentraCare was formed, which today includes nine hospitals in St. Cloud, Benson, Long Prairie, Melrose, Monticello, Paynesville, Redwood Falls, Sauk Centre and Willmar.
CentraCare has grown to meet the needs of the communities and is now one of the largest health systems in Minnesota. We live in the communities we serve.
Community Contributions
CentraCare is dedicated to giving back to our local communities through charitable contributions, sponsorships and in-kind gifts to organizations who enrich lives and improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
Priority is given to efforts that demonstrate one or more of the following:

• Improves health, wellness and safety
• Community health education
• Enhances our community

Eligibility

CentraCare will consider regional and local/community requests that serve the residents within the counties of our locations in Central, Southwest and West Central Minnesota.

Ineligibility

Contribution requests not eligible under our policy include but are not limited to:
Individual or family benefitsReligious or political activitiesFor-profit organizationsContests or pageantsRecreational team/individual sponsorshipsStudents raising funds for travel to competitions or eventsRequests for employees matching fundsFoundations that are primarily grant-making agenciesTrips, tours and transportationGeneral operating expensesOrganizations that deny or limit service, membership or involvement on the basis of race, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, ancestry, citizenship, veteran or disability status.
