    Application Process

    1. Review Guidelines: Check the Grant Guidelines to ensure your project type can be funded by CEF
    2. Submit Application: Complete the 2026-2027 Mini Grant Application through Google Form
    3. After Award Approval:
    - Fill out Grant Request Form and email to Jennifer Schultz (schuje@centennialsd.org)
    - Provide speaker/performer names and payment details if applicable
    - For vendor purchases: set up approved Amazon buyer account or request tax exemption form
    - Request funds 2 weeks prior to when needed
    4. After Using Grant Funds:
    - Complete Reconciliation Form
    - Submit Final Report
    - Send photos, videos, and feedback to Jennifer Schultz
    - Ensure all student photos are on district-approved sharing list
