Eligible Organizations: Category A consists of the full-service legal aid providers that make up the Association of Oregon Legal Services Programs as funded on January 1, 2000. Presently the association consists of:

Oregon Law Center

Center for NonProfit Legal Services

Focus Areas: Civil legal assistance to low-income Oregonians through a statewide network of offices in 17 communities. Assistance is coordinated and centered on the needs of the client community.

2026 Award: Association of Oregon Legal Services Programs - $2,927,500

Funding Source: Interest generated on lawyer trust accounts (IOLTA) and partnership with Oregon banks

Applications evaluated based on Grantee Standards, Guidelines outlined in Policies and Procedures (pdf)
