Carter Creech Scholarship The Carter Creech Scholarship provides scholarships up to $8,000 to graduating seniors of Troy Buchanan High School in Troy, Missouri to pursue an undergraduate degree at a four-year college or university. Annual scholarships will range from $4,000 to a maximum of $8,000. Recipients can reapply each year and be considered for additional aid for up to a total of $16,000-$32,000 over four years.Eligibility
