Ray Leggett Ancillary Services Scholarship Expectations Applicant continues to pursue a career in Laboratory Science or Imaging Field Maintain good academic standing in accredited school of choice Funding Scholarships up to $2,500 will be awarded to those pursuing one of the following: Laboratory Science; Second Year student Imaging Services; Second Year student Scholarships will be awarded for one academic year. Scholarship monies will be given to the school for the student’s use each semester or quarter depending on the school’s academic calendar. Financial need is not a requirement for the receipt of this scholarship.

Scholarship applicants must be from Craven, Pamlico, Jones, Onslow, and Carteret County Be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university pursuing on of the following: Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) Associates in Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) Associates of Science degree in Radiology Sciences Associates of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Associates of Science degree in UltrasonographyScholarships may be awarded to students attending out-of-state schools.Scholarship monies shall only be used for payment of student’s tuition, books, fees, professional equipment, materials and other expenses for enrollment in, or expenses associated with the student’s education.
