Captain Mark Tyler Voss Memorial Scholarship The Captain Mark Tyler Voss Memorial Scholarship was established to provide scholarships for graduating students from a high school in Boerne ISD. Captain Mark Tyler Voss was a 2004 graduate of Boerne High School. He died at the age of 28 while serving in the Air Force in Afghanistan as a pilot with the 93rd Air Refueling Squadron.Eligibility
