Overview

The Gotham is the sole U.S. Partner Organization for the Cannes Producers Network, annually selecting up to seven experienced producers to participate. The fellowship runs concurrently with the Cannes Film Festival and Marche du Film, specifically designed for experienced producers to build international networks and share expertise on international production, financing, legal issues, and packaging.

Geographic Scope: United States (applicants must be U.S.-based)

Dates: The 2026 fellowship takes place in-person from May 13 – 18, 2026

Award Details:

  • Up to seven producers selected
  • Gotham covers cost of accreditation to Marche du Film
  • Modest stipend provided to assist with travel and accommodations
  • Selected fellows book their own travel and accommodations
