Students must submit to their Local Union office

Internal deadline: Wednesday, July 23rd (for Local 572 to complete verification)

Official deadline: Friday, July 25th

Application Process

2. Complete Application: Fill out all required sections
3. Gather Required Documents:
- Proof of acceptance to accredited university, college, or trade school
- Wallet-size photo
- Official high school transcript through most recent fall semester
4. Local Union Verification: Have Secretary-Treasurer of your Local sign the bottom of the application
5. Submit Early: Forward completed application with all documents to your Local Union office
- Recommended submission: As soon as possible
