Applicants may be graduating high school seniors, current college students, or graduate students and must plan to enroll or be enrolled at an accredited four-year university, community college, or licensed career/technical school in the United States. Undergraduate recipients must enroll full-time (minimum 12 semester units or 9 quarter units), while graduate students may attend full- or part-time, with award amounts adjusted based on enrollment.
