Overview: The BP Royalty Scholarship Fund was established by the class action settlement in the case of Eatinger v. BP America Production Company.

Purpose

To fund one or more scholarships to one or more colleges, universities, or community colleges.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must have a parent, grandparent, uncle or aunt who was a member of the Class in the Eatinger v. BP America Production Company case, OR
• If none of the above, must be a Kansas royalty owner in a Southwest Kansas well producing gas

Award Details

• One or more scholarships available
• For attendance at colleges, universities, or community colleges
