BJWC Community Grants

Mission Alignment: BJWC awards community grants to organizations in line with their mission to benefit women, children, and seniors.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a grant, your organization must:

• Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
• Provide services within the Northwest Suburbs (Illinois)
• Provide services that align with BJWC's mission to support children, women, and the elderly

Geographic Scope

• Northwest suburbs of Illinois
• Focus on Barrington-area and surrounding communities

Application Timeline

• Applications Open: Early in fiscal year (2025/2026 cycle)
• Application Deadline: April 1st
• Notification Date: Mid-April (by April 13th)
• Award Ceremony: May 1st (Grant Awards Ceremony at Campus Life Center, downtown Barrington)

2. Submission Deadline
   • Applications due by April 1st
3. Application Requirements
   • Submit via online form (specific format TBD on application portal)
   • Organization must be 501(c)(3) verified
   • Demonstrate services in Northwest Suburbs
   • Show alignment with BJWC mission (women, children, elderly)
4. Timeline
   • Submit by April 1st
   • Recipients notified by April 13th
   • Award Ceremony: May 1st at Campus Life Center, downtown Barrington, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
