Scholarship Application Process

1. Application Distribution
- February 1st: Barrington High School sends out applications to eligible seniors

2. Submission
- Deadline: March 1st
- Submit to Barrington High School (application coordinated through BHS)

3. Application Requirements
- Complete application form provided by BHS
- Documentation of community service hours (200+ hours over 4 years required)
- Verification of cumulative GPA (3.2 minimum)
- Description of community service activities and impact
- Academic transcript

4. Selection Process
- Reviewed by BJWC Philanthropy Committee
- Selection recognizes outstanding community service
- Notification of award before June

5. Award Ceremony
- Date: June 4th (Annual Scholarship Recipient Dinner)
- Location: Barrington Hills Country Club
- Scholarship recipients attend with families
- Evening includes three-course seated dinner
