Janice Clark Presidential Scholarship

1. Application Distribution
- February 1st: Barrington High School sends out applications to eligible seniors
2. Submission
- Deadline: March 1st
- Submit to Barrington High School (application coordinated through BHS)
3. Application Requirements
- Complete application form provided by BHS
- Documentation of volunteer hours (100+ hours required)
- Evidence of leadership in extracurricular activities
- Academic transcript showing top 25% class standing
- Community service description/summary
4. Selection Process
- Reviewed by BJWC Philanthropy Committee
- Notification of award before June
5. Award Ceremony
- Date: June 4th (Annual Scholarship Recipient Dinner)
- Location: Barrington Hills Country Club
- Scholarship recipient attends with family
- Evening includes three-course seated dinner
