    Application Process

    Eligibility Requirements:
    1. Must have completed Beat the Odds Planning Grant
    2. Must have developed evidence-based implementation plan during planning phase
    3. Must be invited by Elevate 215

    Application Steps:
    1. Schools complete six-month planning process with technical assistance experts
    2. Develop research-based proposal for implementation
    3. Submit implementation grant application (specific application deadline communicated during planning phase)
    4. Elevate 215 reviews proposals and makes funding decisions
    5. Approved schools receive multi-year funding
