BCF Sponsorships Grant

The Branford Community Foundation (BCF) offers sponsorships to support organizations serving the Branford community. Applications are accepted year-round, with specific review dates: January 15, April 15, and July 15. BCF seeks events that provide meaningful community impact, positive exposure, and opportunities to build relationships with a targeted audience. Sponsorships are awarded for single events or a series of events, but not for ongoing programming or political events.

NOTE: Sponsorship applications will be available throughout the year. Organizations can submit an application at any time, but they will not be considered outside of review dates listed below.
We fulfill our mission by building and maintaining a charitable endowment and making prudent grants that serve to address the ever-changing needs of the Branford community.

Eligibility

Sponsorships will be awarded for either: A single event (i.e gala, road race, etc): orA series of individual events held by an organization over a given time period (for organizations that offer annual sponsorship opportunities).The Committee looks for opportunities that provide one or more of the following: An opportunity to reach a targeted audience and build relationships. Considerations include audience size, community impact and sponsor package details.A positive exposure that is consistent with BCF’s image and values.Meaningful impact on the Branford community.Organizations may submit a sponsorship request and a competitive grant application, but not for the same program/event.

Ineligibility

Not considered for sponsorship:On-going programming, support services or activities (consider applying for a grant and not a sponsorship).School club, religious, and political events.
