Overview

The Our Fund Foundation's annual Arts & Culture Fund supports dynamic LGBTQ+-specific programs and initiatives in South Florida. The foundation awarded $370,000 in 2025 and $300,000 in 2024 through this fund.

Funding Focus

Grants support:
• Theater and performing arts
• Film festivals and screenings
• Music and concerts
• Visual arts and galleries
• Artist residencies and commissions
• Arts education and playwriting workshops
• Cultural preservation and documentation
• Community engagement through arts

Grant Range

$5,000 - $20,000 per award

Review Criteria

The Arts & Culture grant review committee gives special consideration to:
• Organizations with limited appeal to traditional funding sources
• Applications that leverage partnerships between similar-missioned agencies to reduce duplication and expand reach/services
• Organizations demonstrating effective and dedicated approaches to addressing gaps in representation of marginalized communities
• BIPOC-centered initiatives
• Work addressing LGBTQ+ experiences and narratives
