American Society of Civil Engineers The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) represents more than 160,000 members of the civil engineering profession in 177 countries. The Society advances civil engineering technical specialties through nine dynamic institutes and leads with its many professional- and public-focused programs. Arthur S. Tuttle Fellowship Through the generosity of ASCE President, Arthur S. Tuttle, a scholarship bequest was established in 1983. The Arthur S. Tuttle Fellowship may be presented annually to not more than four students, who will use the fellowship for their first year of graduate studies. The purpose of the fellowship is to further the education of worthy students in any civil engineering discipline.

Eligibility

Scholarship funds are applied to tuition expenses during civil engineering graduate study leading to the Masters degree in an accredited educational institution.
