Recipients can renew the scholarship automatically for up to three additional years of full-time study, provided the recipient maintains a 3.0 grade point average.Have lived in Oregon or Clark County, WA for at least 12 months before registering for college.Moved to Oregon or Clark County, WA for reasons other than to attend college.Claimed as a dependent by someone who meets the above criteria or are financially independent and meet the above criteria.Permanent U.S. resident and meet the above criteria.Nonresident are considered if:Enrolled in college at least half-time within 12 months of moving to Oregon or Clark County, WA.Caimed as a dependent by someone who is not a resident.Pimary source of financial support comes from someone living outside Oregon or Clark County, WA.
