Overview

The Arthur Miller Foundation Scholars Program provides scholarship grants for candidates to earn their theater teaching certification. This unique seed-funding program is designed to increase the number of certified theater teachers in NYC public schools.

Eligibility

• NYC public school teachers interested in earning their theater certification
• Once Arthur Miller Scholars receive their certification and begin teaching theater in an NYC public school, they are eligible to participate in the Arthur Miller Foundation Fellows Program

What This Provides

• Scholarship grants for graduate coursework in theater education
• Pathway to earning theater teaching certification through The City College of New York
