APPA DEED Program

Overview: MEAN pays 100 percent of the American Public Power Association (APPA) Demonstration of Energy & Efficiency Developments (DEED) dues for eligible participants. The DEED program funds research, pilot projects, and education to improve the operations and services of public power utilities.

Geographic Scope: Available to MEAN Service Schedule M and K Participants (eligible communities listed on NMPP website).
