Attic Insulation Program
Overview: Provides cash incentives for attic insulation upgrades to existing residential dwellings.
Geographic Scope: Available to residential customers of MEAN long-term wholesale power participants in eligible MEAN communities.
Program Period: Runs annually with MEAN's fiscal year (April 1 - March 31).
