Andrew was known for his contagious positivity, kindness, and ability to bring people together, consistently putting others before himself. Passionate about music, scouting, art, skiing, hiking, dancing, travel, and especially aviation—where he dreamed of becoming a pilot—the Foundation seeks scholarship candidates who embody his curiosity, generosity, leadership, and zest for life. Through its 2026 scholarship program, the Foundation celebrates students who live fully, uplift others, and pursue their dreams with enthusiasm and heart. Andrew McMorris Foundation: Fine Arts Grants The Andrew McMorris Foundation Fine Arts Grant celebrates Andrew’s vibrant spirit, creativity, and courage to pursue new experiences. A multi-talented artist, musician, athlete, actor, Scout, traveler, and aspiring pilot, Andrew inspired others through his enthusiasm, kindness, and willingness to take risks. To honor his legacy, the Foundation offers four or more Fine Arts grants to K–12 students. These grants are designed to fuel young people’s passion for the arts, encourage creative exploration, and empower students to pursue their dreams with the same confidence, joy, and adventurous spirit that Andrew embodied.
