The Amphion Foundation defines music service organizations, presenters, and festivals as follows: Music Service/Advocacy OrganizationOrganizations that support composers and performers through grants, residencies, training programs or similar activities, or aid in the preservation and dissemination of contemporary concert music. For the Fall round, please note that any organization whose activities include musical performances must apply as a Presenter and submit appropriate media samples. Funding Provisions Applicants other than orchestras and opera companies may request either general operating support or support for special projects.
