AMEN Student Subsidy

Purpose: Financial assistance to help medical and dental students attend the AMEN annual conference.

Geographic Scope: United States and international

Eligibility:

• Medical students or dental students
• Must be member of AMEN (can join at time of application)
• Can renew membership through the application process

Award Details:

• Partial or full financial assistance for conference registration and accommodations
• $100 deposit required (refundable if student attends conference)
• Deposit can be paid by check or credit card

Focus Areas:

• Support for students interested in medical ministry and health evangelism
• Encourages student participation in AMEN annual conference
• Connects students with mentors and networking opportunities

Application Process

Step 1: Membership

• Must be AMEN member before applying
• Can join or renew membership through provided link

Step 2: Complete Application Form

Required Personal Information:

• First, middle, and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Complete mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP)
• Country

Academic Information:

• Area of study: Medical Student or Dental Student
• Graduation year
• School name

Conference Attendance Details:

• Arrival date options: Thursday 10/29, Friday 10/30 (various times), Sabbath 10/30, or Sunday 11/1
• Departure date: Sabbath 10/30 or Sunday 11/1
• Roommate preferences: Can request spouse or preferred roommate assignment
• Gender (for roommate assignment)
• Marital status confirmation (if applicable)

Step 3: Deposit Payment

• Required deposit: $100 (refundable upon conference attendance)
