AMEN Missionary Subsidy

Purpose: Financial assistance to help medical professionals attend the AMEN annual conference.

Geographic Scope: United States and international

Eligibility:

• Must be a member of AMEN or willing to join
• Medical or dental professionals in good standing with their church
• Attendees of the AMEN Annual Conference

Award Details:

• Does NOT cover: Airfare to attend the conference
• Coverage: May provide partial subsidy for conference costs (not full amount)
• Subsidy amount determined on case-by-case basis

Application Process

Required Materials:

1. Completed application form with personal information (name, address, contact details)
2. Written statement addressing:
   • Reasons for needing subsidy to attend conference
   • Personal reasons for wanting to attend
   • Professional background
   • Plans for furthering AMEN's mission
3. Letter of good standing from church pastor
   • Must be on official church letterhead
4. Acknowledgment of subsidy conditions

Important Notes:

• Applicants must acknowledge that airfare is NOT covered
• Applicants must understand that subsidy may only cover partial conference costs, not the full amount
